Dawn believes we can build a clean energy economy to create jobs and protect the environment and our natural resources at the same time. She will protecting our public lands and waters, bring green jobs to Georgia and start a "Go Green Georgia" initiative to have green technology in government buildings. Dawn will provide incentives for businesses to go green as well.
Systemic racism is still a major problem in Georgia. When elected, Dawn pledges to help close the racial wealth gap, reform our criminal justice system, end voter suppression, and end gerrymandering with an independent redistricting commission.
Dawn will fight for everyone's rights, including women's rights, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender rights, rights for people with disabilities, and to end poverty and invest in low-income communities and rural Georgia.
